Quality policy

The Quality Policy of ADVENTIA PHARMA, SL It is aimed at ensuring that all products designed, manufactured and marketed meet the expectations of our customers and users, our contractual obligations, the general and specific legal and regulatory requirements of our activity, as well as to ensure the continuous improvement of processes and the Quality Management System (QMS).

To achieve this objective, the company's action strategy is based on the following principles and commitments:

  • Understanding and meeting the needs and requirements of our customers.
  • To understand and fulfill our contractual obligations.
  • Maintain an effective Quality Management System.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. The General Management assumes responsibility for defining, implementing, and maintaining this Quality Policy, for which purpose it has implemented a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the current standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015. The effectiveness of the Quality Management System of ADVENTIA PHARMA, SL It depends on the unconditional support of all our employees, so the staff embraces the commitment to quality, understanding the importance of their individual tasks and that the sum of everyone's efforts makes achieving our objectives possible. The Quality Manager and the Director of Product Development and Quality are under the direct supervision of the General Management, thus ensuring complete independence from other departments or individuals involved in the production process. Their access to management levels allows them to suggest the implementation of any procedures, reviews, or corrective actions they deem necessary for the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System.

The General Management ensures the dissemination of the Quality Policy throughout all areas of the Company, committing to its understanding, application, review, and updating. The General Management defines the company's specific objectives and the key elements for achieving them, as defined in its Quality Policy, assigning each department the necessary authority and responsibility, and providing them with the infrastructure and human, technical, and financial resources required to meet these objectives.
